<p>A method of improving the efficacy of the treatment with a DNase of a subject having a disorder characterised by the presence of endogenous extracellular DNA, comprises : (a) administering to the subject a glycosaminoglycan or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, the glycosaminoglycan or salt having an average molecular weight of from 8 to 40kd to the subject; and (b) administering DNase to the subject.</p> |
