The present invention relates to a propulsion control lever in which a propulsion control lever operation circuit formed of multiple circuit boards in the past is formed of a single board, and which has a function improved by updating a power circuit system and precisely revising a signal circuit. Communications environment is provided to download a firmware and set a propulsion control lever value. A lever value setting interface screen is provided through a PC connected through a communications part to make a user set values for controlling an excursion mode and the propulsion control lever. The environment of the whole system is set and operated using the lever value inputted through the lever value setting interface screen. When the set lever value and an opponent propulsion control lever value are not within an error range, a buzzer is operated to inform the user of it.
