PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing titanium-oxynitride photocatalyst and the titanium-oxynitride photocatalyst are provided to improve the absorbance of visible light. CONSTITUTION: Titanium dioxide powder and titanium nitride powder are mixed in solvent, and the mixture undergoes a filtering process, a drying process, and a plasticizing process. The mixed ratio of the titanium dioxide powder to the titanium nitride powder is between 1:2 and 2:1. The solvent is selected from distilled water, C1 to C4 alcohol, acetone, isopropanol, and the mixed solution of the same. |
