The present invention relates to a transporting of a fuel and a base material through a belt conveyor of a furnace base material transporting facilities. The present invention comprises: a magnetic force generation unit generating an electromagnetic force for removing a mixed iron piece transported on the conveyor belt by absorbing by being installed with the distance on the conveyor belt stacking the base material and the iron piece being transported; an operating unit arranged in the front of the magnetic force generating unit in the upper part of the frame, rotating by transferring a driving force of a geared motor to a drive pulley by reducing the speed to a predetermined speed without having a slip; a pulley operating unit installed to operate the drive pulley and a vertically moving pulley with the driving force of the geared motor by being arranged in the front and the rear of the magnetic force generating unit; a transferring belt unit installed in between the drive pulley and the vertically moving pulley, preventing a skew by having a fine adjustment of the rubber belt concavely formed and a guide roller in order to maintain a strong adhesion of the absorbed iron piece; and an iron collecting unit installed in the lower side of the frame, discharging the iron piece absorbed by the rubber belt circulating according to the interconnection operation of the pulley operating unit. According to the present invention, taking an unmanned measure is made possible without risking safety accidents like jamming and false step due to a rushed operation, uncompleted action and such of a user; and a belt operation and a linked operating system are also made possible by enabling treatment in the event of a repeated and continuous process. |
