A battery pack having reinforced binding force between components comprises a battery cell which includes an anode terminal and a cathode terminal and supplies charged power; a protection circuit module which is electrically connected to the battery cell; a holder which is coupled to the upper part of the battery cell and fixes the position of the protection circuit module; a connection plate which fixes the protection circuit module to the upper part of the battery cell; a fixing plate which fixes the holder to the upper part of the battery cell; and a cover case which accommodates the protection circuit module and the holder and is coupled to the upper part of the battery cell. The fixing plate is made of metal. The holder is made of synthetic resin and is integrated with the fixing plate while one side of the fixing plate is inserted into the holder.
