PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate whether or not security management of document files and the like is properly carried out.SOLUTION: A feature word generating unit 201 extracts keywords representing features about security management from the text information of a document file for teacher data managed by a document management system 10. From a document management system 10, the feature word generating unit 201 obtains the security management information of the document file from which the keyword has been extracted. The feature word generating unit 201 calculates the scores of each keyword based on the information extracted. An identification unit 202 extracts keywords from the document file managed by the document management system 30. Next, the identification unit 202 calculates the scores of each document file by weighting the added value of the scores of the extracted keyword with the security management status of the document file. |
