PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polylactic acid processed yarn in which hydrolysis resistance is improved and an odor due to a free isocyanate compound is eliminated during work, melting or the like. SOLUTION: There is provided polylactic acid processed yarns such as a false twisted yarn, an interlaced textured yarn, a twisted yarn, a thick-and-thin yarn and a combined filament yarn that includes a polylactic acid and 0.001-10 pts.wt. of a compound (component C) including a cyclic structure in which one carbodiimide group is contained and a first nitrogen and a second nitrogen of the carbodiimide group are linked through a linking group and the number of atoms that forms the cyclic structure is 8-50.
