PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a food service cart as a refrigerator at night. SOLUTION: The food service cart includes: first heat insulating cabinets 31 and 32 usable by being switched to one of a warming cabinet, a reheating cabinet, or the refrigerator; second heat insulating cabinets 41 and 42 used as the refrigerators; a door 6 covering the opening of the first heat insulating cabinets and the second heat insulating cabinets; an electric lock 60 provided on the door 6; and the controller 8 having a refrigerating mode of using all the first heat insulating cabinets and the second heating insulating cabinets as the refrigerators, a reheating mode of using the first heat insulating cabinets as the reheating cabinets and using the second heat insulating cabinets as the refrigerators, and a heat insulating mode of using the first heat insulating cabinets as the heating cabinets and using the second heat insulating cabinets as the refrigerators, and controlling the locking and unlocking of the electric lock; and an operation panel 7 operated for setting the operation mode of the controller 8 and locking and unlocking the electric lock. When the refrigerating mode is set and all the doors are closed, the electric lock is automatically locked, and the electric lock cannot be unlocked unless information for specifying a door operator is input to the operation panel.
