<p>An over hand transfer device includes: a pick-up block to pick up a mounting device capable of mounting a plurality of electronic components; a movement block moved along a rail installed on the ceiling inside a factory; and three or more hoist belts to hang the pick-up block to the movement block. According to the present invention, a horizontal jig to match the level of the pick-up block includes: a body, an insertion unit, a fixed unit, and a control unit. The body is connected to the position to which each hoist belt of the pick-up block is connected. The insertion unit is connected to be moved to the body as a predetermined distance along a vertical direction whereby the hoist belt is inserted. The fixed unit is fixated to the top of the insertion unit of the body and has a screw hole penetrated along the vertical direction. The control unit is connected to the screw hole of the fixed unit by a screw and controls a vertical height of the insertion unit through the rotation.</p> |
