The present invention relates to a method for coating an organic compound with an amine functional group for reducing a graphene work function. A graphene compound according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to various electronic devices by a low work function in comparison with existing general graphene. The graphene compound includes a graphene layer and a coating layer.
