<p>The present invention relates to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primer and probe which are specific to bacteria causing sexually transmitted diseases (STD) to detect the bacteria and a method for detecting bacteria causing STD through multiplex PCR using the same and liquic bead array. More particularly, the present invention relates to PCR primer and probe which are specific to bacteria, which complementarily binds to nucleic acid sequences of 12 kinds of bacteria causing STD and a method for detecting nucleic acid sequences of 12 kinds of bacterium causing STD in a sample with a same detection limit using the same. According to the method for detecting and confirming the bacteria causing STD, the method for supplying information to diagnose a disease by confirming infection of the bacteria causing STD and an infected bacteria, and a method for screening a therapeutic agent for STD, the user can rapidly and precisely confirm the infection and the kind of the bacteria causing STD from a clinical specimen. Moreover, the user can precisely and easily screen a candidate therapeutic agent.</p> |
