The present invention relates to a wire supply control device comprising: a bobbin holder having a bobbin shaft; a bobbin on which a wire rod is wound so that it can be inserted into or separated from the bobbin shaft; multiple guide rollers for guiding the wire rod unwound from the bobbin; a link device having one end hinge-coupled to the shaft of one guide roller among the guide rollers and having a center shaft fixed on the bobbin holder to be rotated; a tension device hinge-coupled to the other end of the link device and fixed on the bobbin holder to enable an elastic motion depending on the movement or rotation of the link device; a disc brake connected to the link device and applying braking force to the rotating bobbin; and a tension control device connected to the disc brake and the link device and controlling the operation of the disc brake depending on the movement or rotation of the link device. The present invention can guide and transfer a wire-shaped steel fiber material wound on the bobbin to a cutting device without an additional power device when the wire-shaped steel fiber material is guided and transferred to the cutting device. When the wire cutting device is stopped, the wire supply control device automatically stops supplying the wire depending on the operation of the disc brake, thereby enabling safe use. |
