<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of electrically separating vehicle units by under floor work. <P>SOLUTION: In a formation vehicle composed of vehicle units connected to each other, power units for the vehicle units are electrically connected through a high-voltage straight-pull circuit pulled straight through unit vehicles making up the formation vehicle. The high-voltage straight-pull circuit is provided with high-voltage breakers that cut off power units between vehicle units. The high-voltage breaker includes a vacuum breaker which cuts off power supply to the power unit, and a mechanical breaker which is connected to the vacuum breaker and cuts off electrical connection between a plurality of power units connected to each other. The high-voltage breaker is installed under the floor of the vehicle so that an equipment box covering the mechanical breaker can be opened and closed.
