The invention relates to a method for separating methacrolein from acrylic acid as the main constituent and from a liquid phase P containing methacrolein as a minor constituent, in addition to a target product. According to said method, the separation takes place by crystallisation, whereby the acrylic acid is concentrated in the formed crystallisate and the methacrolein is concentrated in the remaining mother liquor. |
