In the present invention, there is disclosed an organomineral fertilizer for improving nutrition of plants comprising a fly ash from crop straw, optionally in a mixture with grate ash from crop straw, wherein said fly ash trapped on filters or separators of devices combusting said biomass, contains 12 to 37 percent by weight of Ki2O, 5 to 12 percent by weight of CaO with fraction of silicon in the range of 30 to 61 percent by weight, 0.3 to 1.2 percent by weight of aluminium and elements being selected from the group consisting of Fe, Mn, Mg, P, and S. The fertilizer is in the form of pellets containing 58 to 60 percent by weight of fly ash coupled by an organic natural binding agent such as dextrin or carboxyl-methyl-cellulose, with addition of wet sawdust in an amount in the range of 13 to 15 percent by weight based on the mixture total weight, which pellets are in their final state, dry. In order to achieve a required pH value of the fertilizer extracts according to the need of soil or plants, solutions of humic acid sodium salts of a predetermined concentration, optionally solutions of iron sulfate of the preselected concentration are added to the mixture. The crop mixture comprises substances being selected from the group consisting of wheat, rye or barley straw.
