<p>The method involves transforming two signals received from the transmitters into the baseband, computing the degree of similarity of the time variations of the two transformed signals and detecting two transmitters as identical if the computed degree of similarity exceeds a threshold value. AN Independent claim is also included for the following: an arrangement for detecting two transmitters with the same program content.</p>
