PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device including a plurality of capacitor elements, the device having a low ESL. SOLUTION: A device 1 comprises a plurality of stacked capacitor elements 21, 22, and 23, each including a plate-like conductive substrate 33 and electrode layers 36 formed by laminating a layer having a dielectric property on both surfaces of the substrate 33 so as to sandwich the substrate 33 therebetween, and connected with each other via a through-electrode 38 penetrating the substrate 33. In the device, the edge of one surface of the substrate 33 is exposed to be an anode 31 and the electrode layers 36 constitutes a cathode 32, and the second capacitor element 22 and third capacitor element 23 are stacked on the first capacitor element 21, and each capacitor element has the substrates 33 having an area different from each other.
