An object of the invention is to provide a technology for making it hard for heat around clutches to hit rider's feet in a straddle-ride type vehicle on which an engine incorporating a dual clutch transmission is mounted. In a motorcycle 10 in which an engine 15 is fastened to a body frame 11, a dual clutch transmission 81 having two clutches is incorporated in the engine 15, a lid member 82 is installed on the engine 15 laterally of the dual clutch transmission 82, a clutch cover 50 is disposed at a position vehicle-laterally of the lid member 82, and foot rest portions on which rider's feet are put are installed close to the clutch cover 50, the clutch cover 50 is formed with an air vent hole 52 vehicle-rearward of the foot rest portions. |
