<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing functional brown rice. More particularly, the apparatus is characterized by including: a storage silo for storing brown rice in which a chaff layer is removed; a washer for washing brown rice supplied from the storage silo by immersing in natural water; a maturing silo for maturing washed brown rice by immersing for a certain time at a certain temperature; a conveyor for dehydrating and drying matured brown rice; a freezer for rapidly freezing only a surface layer of dehydrated and dried brown rice; a hot air blower for heating the rapidly frozen surface layer of brown rice for a certain time at a certain temperature to form a crack; a dry silo for drying brown rice having a surface layer in which the crack is formed to include a certain water content; a meter for weighing out dried brown rice which includes a certain water content by defined weight; and a packing machine for putting weighed brown rice into a prepared package and then sealing.</p> |
