<p>The invention aims to provide a rolling copper foil having high softening temperature, excellent heat resisting performance, good gloss, slight surface textures and scars, reduced bumps and hollows except oil pits, and good surface uniformity, and a manufacturing method thereof. As to the rolling copper foil, S is less than 200 ppm. The gloss (JISZ874 criterion) in a rolling parallel direction on the surface Gs (60 DEG C) is higher than 600 and the semi-softening temperature is higher than 120 DEG C.</p> |
