The device has sealing portions (31, 33) for sealing against an inner side of a passage in a sealing state by a tensioning arrangement. An assembly system board (5) defines an insertion position of a channel structure (3) in an axial direction of the passage. The assembly system board is coupled to the channel structure by a hinge such that angular positions between the assembly system board and the channel structure are capturable, where the hinge comprises a pivot hinge with a pivotal axis. The tensioning arrangement is formed by a high-speed tensioning mechanism (13). An independent claim is also included for a system for sealing a passage of a wall.
