The present invention relates to a dry anhydrous tundish and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a tundish for strengthening the supporting force of a pouring part dam comprising: a step for manufacturing a steel cover having a pouring part and a tapping part; a step for building a semi permanent lining to be in contact with the inner surface of the steel cover; a step for building a permanent lining by inserting an inflow material between the semi permanent lining and a permanent lining former after inserting the permanent lining former between the semi permanent linings; a step for installing a dam construction jig in an exit of the pouring part after building the permanent lining; a step for forming a coating layer by inserting a coating layer former between the permanent linings after installing the dam construction jig; and a step for finishing manufacture of the tundish by fixing the tundish using a castable after inserting both ends of the dam and the bottom part of the dam into a supporting groove formed by deforming the dam construction jig after forming the coating layer. |
