A radioscopy system includes a frame, a radiation generating unit, a radiation receiving unit, a recording unit, a central processing unit, and a display unit. The frame has an entire or partial ring shape. The radiation generating unit includes first and second radiation generators emitting first and second radiation rays towards first and second sides of an object to be treated, respectively. The radiation receiving unit includes first and second radiation receivers receiving radiation rays from the first and second radiation generators, respectively. The recording unit includes first and second cameras which take images of the first and second sides of the object to be treated, respectively. The central processing unit produces first and second radioscopic images and generates a first augmented image by combining a first recorded image recorded by the first camera with the first radioscopic image and a second augmented image by combining a second recorded image recorded by the second camera with the second radioscopic image. The display unit displays the first and the second augmented image. Accordingly, a doctor can execute an operation on the object to be treated accurately using the augmented images.
