The present invention relates to a low voltage (LV) pin and coil combining structure capable of improving current carrying efficiency between an LV pin and a coil of an ignition coil, as an LV pin and coil combining structure of a vehicle ignition coil which triggers spark discharge in a spark plug by including a core, first and second spools, and first and second coils and generates high voltage capable of burning compressed mixed gas in a combustion chamber, and comprises: a first coil; a winding unit curved to have a circular shape to cover the external surface of the first coil; a curved unit curved to a different direction of the curved direction of the winding unit for an LV pin to be dually overlapped in the end part of the winding unit; and the LV pin having the end part formed by an extended part dually overlapped after being extended from the end part of the curved unit as much as a predetermined length, thereby preventing occurrence of sparks during resistance welding by raising adhesiveness between the LV pin and the coil, improving safety, current carrying efficiency between the LV pin and the coil, and ignition efficiency of the ignition coil. |
