The present invention relates to an accessory and a manufacturing method thereof. The accessory manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an accessory manufacturing step (J10): a plate manufacturing step (P10); a base manufacturing step (A10); another accessory manufacturing step (J10); and a body manufacturing step (B10). The accessory manufactured by using the manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented in various colors and have herbal fragrance.
