The present invention relates to a cooking method of rice wrapped in a sesame leaf which is shipped in conditions that contents such as cooked rice, meat, and sauce are put on a sesame leaf which is blanched in boiling water, the ends of the sesame leaf are gathered to form the shape of a rice ball, and the manufactured rice wrapped in sesame leaf is portably packed, thereby being conveniently eaten as an instant food. The cooking method of rice wrapped in a sesame leaf by the present invention comprises a materials preparing step for preparing materials by cooking rice, sauce, and meat; a sesame leaf blanching step for blanching a sesame leaf, which is pretreated by using running water, in boiling water with a small amount of salt added for 10-15 seconds; a contents forming step for putting 25-30 parts by weight of sesame leaf on the floor, spreading 45-60 parts by weight of the rice on the sesame leaf, and putting 25-35 parts by weight of the meat and 5-10 parts by weight of the sauce on the rice; a sesame leaf aethering step for gathering the ends of the sesame leaf put on the floor into the upper part and gathering the same to prevent the contents from escaping to the outside; and a packing and shipping step for packing the rice wrapped in sesame leaf by a sales unit. |
