The present invention relates to an anti-diabetes composition, containing the extracts of ginseng and mulberry tree as active constituents and, more specifically, to an anti-diabetes composition which contains a compound including ginseng, mulberry leaf, mulberry bark, and mulberry syncarp as active constituents. The complex extract includes a mixture of ginseng with mulberry leaf, mulberry bark, and mulberry syncarp in the ratio of 1 : 1 to 30 by weight, or 1 : 2 to 15 by weight, and has a hyperglycemic effect.
