1. A method for managing call failures on a mobile communication device, comprising:
determining that a call between the mobile communication device and a contact over a wireless connection has failed; receiving, after the call failure determination on the mobile communication device, status information from a server that indicates that at least one triggering condition that caused the call failure has been resolved or eliminated, wherein the at least one triggering condition is associated with an identity parameter of the contact; and prompting, in response to the received status information, a user of the mobile communication device to re-attempt the call between the mobile communication device and the contact.
