The present invention relates to a system for updating an electronic navigation chart. An electronic navigation chart updating server according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an electronic navigation chart database which stores the electronic navigation charts; a transceiver which receives the nautical navigation chart information collected by mobile terminals which multiple information providers on multiple vessels have; and an update/visualization unit which uses the navigation chart information collected by the mobile terminals from the information providers to update the electronic navigation charts.
