摘要 The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having enhanced L-threonine productivity by the regulation of GntK activity and a method of producing L-threonine using the same, and specifically, to: a Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having enhanced L-threonine productivity where the activity of intrinsic gluconate kinase is reduced or deactivated; and a method of producing L-threonine using the same. By using the Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having enhanced L-threonine productivity where the activity of intrinsic gluconate kinase is reduced or deactivated, the production yield of NADPH increases, therefore the production yield of the L-threonine using the NADPH can be increased, thereby being practically used in effective and economical production of the L-threonine.
