The present invention relates to a functional fish oil composition using natural materials and a food composition for improving liver function using the same and, more specifically, to a functional fish oil composition capable of preventing the acidification of fish oil by adding a turmeric extract into the fish oil, thereby improving the quality of fish oil and enhancing the functionality of fish oil. The functional fish oil composition using natural materials is characterized by adding the turmeric extract into fish oil. The turmeric extract is extracted by adding one extraction solvent selected from water, C1-4 alcohol, polyalcohol, or mixtures thereof. |
