Disclosed is a pulsation damping device for a brake system and includes: a reservoir connected to an upper portion of a master cylinder to generate a hydraulic pressure, storing oil, an accumulator storing the pressure at a constant level, a pump intaking oil from the reservoir and discharging the oil to the accumulator to generate the pressure in the accumulator, a motor to drive the pump, an inlet valve to control the oil supplied to a wheel cylinder installed to a wheel from the accumulator, and an outlet valve to control the oil discharged from the reservoir from the wheel cylinder. The pulsation damping device includes a damping member provided in a bore formed in a hydraulic block to be communicated with the hydraulic circuit connecting the inlet valve and the outlet valve to reduce pressure pulsation in the hydraulic circuit. The damping member has a piston slidably provided in the bore, a plug member provided to close one end of the bore and restrict the moving distance of the piston, and a resilient member interposed between the piston and the plug member to resiliently support the piston and dampen the oil pressure fed from an inlet side of the bore communicating with the hydraulic circuit. |
