The present invention relates to Haheuncho which is Opuntia ficusindica var saboten developed by naturalizing native cactuses in Africa, etc. into South Korea so as to be changed, and it is comprised of 80-99 wt% of water, 0.5-20.0 wt% of crude fibers, 1.0-4.0 wt% of vitamin C, 1.0-5.0 wt% of phenol, and 0.01-2.0 wt% of flavonoid. In addition, vitamin C is not destroyed; antioxidant capacity and reducing power are excellent; and there is an effect of representing excellent ABTS radical scavenging activity and DPPH radical scavenging activity. |
