The present invention relates to a semi-rig having a ventilator opening arrangement structure to improve resilience and, more concretely, to a semi-rig having a ventilator opening arrangement structure to improve resilience capable of minimizing a weight increase caused by a ventilation duct, lowering a weight center in a height direction, improving the resilience performance and using the upper space of a main deck as other purposes by arranging the ventilation hole at a center part thereof where the final water line is formed in the lower part of the the main deck relatively lower than on the edge. The semi-rig having the ventilator opening arrangement structure to improve resilience according to the present invention comprises: the ventilation duct installed at the lower part of the main deck; and the ventilation hole formed at the ventilation duct and positioned at the center part where the final water surface is formed in the lower part of the main deck relatively lower than the edge.
