The present invention provides a system for detecting and blocking a phishing character of banking and a method for detecting and blocking a phishing character of banking. The system for detecting and blocking a phishing character of banking comprises a character message information reception unit for receiving character message information through a terminal of a client; a character message information detection unit for detecting an incoming phone number and a bank name among the character messages received in the character message information reception unit, and operating to detect character message information when the bank name exists; a character message information determination unit for verifying a current uniform resource locator (URL) database according to the bank name detected in the character message information detection unit, and determining whether or not the current URL database is a pre-stored reference URL database when the current URL database exists; and a character message information display unit for displaying that the current URL database is safe when the character message information determination unit determines that the current URL database corresponds to the reference URL database, and displaying that the current URL database is not safe when the character message information determination unit determines that the current URL database does not correspond to the reference URL database. |
