摘要 Provided are a decision making system for cross asset management of infrastructure and a method thereof capable of assessing quantitative service quality via service level standardization among heterogeneous kinds of the infrastructure by using a utility value based on a utility function, and supporting a maintenance priority and optimal decision making. The decision making system for cross asset management of the infrastructure comprises: at least two kinds of the infrastructure selected among roads, railways, ports, dams, bridges, airports, rivers, waterworks and fish port facilities; a plurality of asset management systems for defining a level of service (LOS) and a performance measure (PM) according to each user value item, determining a utility function value according to the utility function and a weighting factor of each performance measure, calculating a level of service score, assessing the level of service and performing the asset management of heterogeneous kinds of the infrastructures; and a cross asset management decision making part for performing the cross asset management decision making on the heterogeneous kinds of the infrastructure according to the level of service assessment result. Each of the asset management systems extracts the utility function value by using the utility function for the level of service standardization among the heterogeneous kinds of the infrastructure.
