1. An image scanning method of an image scanning apparatus which comprises a plurality of scan units, the method comprising:
receiving a new scan job; determining whether the new scan job is a multi-scan job; and when the new scan job is a multi-scan job, individually performing the multi-scan job using the plurality of scan units, wherein the multi-scan job includes at least one of a scan job, a fax transmission job, and a copy job on a first document of a first type which uses an automatic document feeder (ADF) while performing another scan job on a different document of a second type using a flatbed scanner.
