The present invention relates to an integrated logistics system for multilateral transaction confirmation. The purpose of the integrated logistics system is to facilitate multilateral transaction volume confirmation and payment and to effectively calculate and process multilateral fees by linking goods transactions using a program among a supplier, a seller, and a branch in a logistics industry related to vehicle maintenance. In order to achieve the purpose, the integrated logistics system comprises: an integrated logistics server for performing an online distribution statement function in order to identify distribution status by each user including a branch, sellers, and a supplier while the branch providing a logistic service is distributing goods from the supplier in conjunction with multiple sellers: and client computers which are used by each user to access the integrated logistics server and to use the distribution statement function. When the user inputs an ID and a password and logs on using the client computer, the client computer checks whether the integrated logistics server is connected, provides a screen for performing a distribution statement function which is appropriate for each user client computer, and guides the user to select a distribution statement function item provided on the client computer screen. The integrated logistics server includes a business processing module for operating a separated main screen which supports separate business processing for the branch, suppler, and sellers on each client computer.
