A cover for a bracket for orthodontic braces, comprising: a cap portion formed of an elastic material; a hollowed-out interior portion extending partially through the cap portion and defining an orifice to the hollowed-out interior portion of the cap portion. The cover further comprises a flange portion integral to the cap portion and inwardly extending from an edge of the orifice toward the interior portion. The orifice is expandable to allow a bracket of an orthodontic brace to pass therethrough into the hollowed-out interior portion of the cap portion and is retractable to a rest position to frictionally engage the flange portion with a ridge of the bracket.
