1. A camera, comprising:
a portable and mobile body containing a first and a second imaging unit, each imaging unit including a lens and an image sensor, wherein the image sensor of the first imaging unit and the image sensor of the second imaging unit are rotationally misaligned in the camera, wherein an angle of rotational misalignment is determined during a calibration; a controller to apply camera setting data generated during the calibration based on the determined angle of rotational misalignment to store raw image data generated by an active area of the image sensor of the first imaging unit determined by the camera setting data and raw image data generated by an active area smaller than a total active area of the image sensor of the second imaging unit determined by the camera setting data as a rotationally aligned and registered image on a memory on the camera in a raw data format prior to demosaicing the raw image data generated by the image sensors; and a processor to perform the demosaicing on the rotationally aligned and registered image in raw data format, wherein demosaicing includes at least one step selected from the group of steps consisting of interpolation, smoothing, filtering and intensity adjustment. |
