1. A method of treating mucositis in a mammal comprising administering to the mammal in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula III: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
each A is, independently, —C═O, —C═S, or CH2;each D is, independently, O or S;each R1 is, independently, hydrogen, C1-3alkyl, C1-3alkoxy, halo, or haloC1-3alkyl;each R2 is, independently, hydrogen, C1-3alkyl, C1-3alkoxy, halo, or haloC1-3alkyl;each R3 is, independently, hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, halo, or haloC1-4alkyl; andeach R4 is, independently, hydrogen, C1-3alkyl, C1-3alkoxy, halo, or haloC1-3alkyl.
