The present invention relates to a complex focused ultrasound device comprising a main body; fat decomposition equipment connected to the main body; skin care equipment; and a display unit displaying the state of the fat removing equipment and the skin care equipment by being installed on the upper part of the main body. The present invention lessons the financial burden of a user and reduces manufacturing costs through cost reduction by using one device for removing fat and caring skin.
