The present invention relates to a poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) cell scaffold, and more specifically, to a PLGA cell scaffold that is safe as it does not have cytotoxicity; includes the PLGA approved by U.S. FDA; and effectively solves a problem caused by an existing PLGA cell scaffold having reduced cell adhesion properties.
