PURPOSE: A use of Wnt5a for protecting a germinal center B cell is provided to improve immunity for minimizing cell death of a B cell through a Wnt/Ca^2+ signal transfer path. CONSTITUTION: A composition for minimizing cell death of germinal center B cells comprises one or more selected from Wnt5a, a Wnt5a accelerator, and a Wnt5a activator. The Wnt5a, Wnt5a accelerator, and Wnt5a activator suppress cell death of the germinal center B cells through Wnt/Ca^2+ transfer path. |
