A method for measuring the physical load in the rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes comprises the measurement of glucose blood concentration and heart rate at rest. Then the distance in meters in treadmill test is measured and the following regression equations are used for calculating the physical load, namely y=101,1897X+5,7031Xcorresponds to the maximal exercise load of ; y=101,1897X+5,7031Xcorresponds to the moderate level of exercise load of ; y=1,3212X+0,1005Xcorresponds to the minimal level of exercise load of ; wherein y – level of physical load (in meters), X– glucose blood concentration and X– heart rate. |
