Provided are a user interface display method to provide appropriate user interface while maintaining the layout of the user interface and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for providing user interface including at least one object for a user device to execute a preset action of the user device includes: a step of displaying user interface including one or more objects on the screen of a user device and, as a preset event occurs, selecting a first object related to the event among the objects; a step of selecting a second object related to a first action executed as the first object is selected by the event and the input from a user on the user device; and a step of changing the selected first object to the second object.
