The device (1) has links surrounding an element of a carrying structure (102) with a clearance greater than a maximum clearance of a connection between the structure and a body (101) of a vehicle (100). The links are formed by a textile strap and a metal cable. Each link is secured to the body by a fixing unit. The link is calibrated to rupture, and has different length in order to provide different clearance with the element of the carrying structure. Two ends of the link are secured to the same fixing unit.
