The invention relates to water supply and water drainage, and is used for the treatment of surface water in municipal, industrial and agrarian water supply. A process for the treatment of water with ballast coagulation consists in that coagulant and inert granulated material are added to the treated water at mixing, primary coagulation of colloids is carried out. Intermediate partial removal of granulated inert material is carried out. After that flocculant is added to the treated water and also the second portion of coagulant in quantity of 10-70 % from its used total weight, and repeated (secondary) coagulation and removal of granulated inert material are carried out. The invention allows improving the quality of the treated water, stabilizing technological process, decreasing of costs. |
