A device for protection of electronics against ultra-short pulse electromagnetic radiation comprises a protection screen and an insulation layer; herein, the insulation layer comprises spherical-shaped inclusions of α-radiated substation of different size, and sports of high-conducting substance of different size, which are applied to one of external surfaces of said insulation layer; the dielectric layer is located on the internal wall of protection screen by a surface on which the sports of high-conducting substance are not applied. Additionally, it comprises a radioisotope layer and radioisotope film layer, the radioisotope layer is applied to one of the insulation layer surfaces, the radioisotope film is applied to another surface of the insulation layer with forming a protection block. |
