摘要 A method of automatic self-test of technological object automated control system consists in that data on technological object operation conditions are controlled by means of multiple control circuits of automated control system, data in each control circuit are analyzed by means of control subprograms, model of technological control object based on data collected is generated, step-by-step analysis of corresponding model of technological control object is performed, failures of technological object automated control system are diagnosed. Dependence between technical state of each controlled element of automated control system data collection and processing subsystem and mapping of the technical state onto test parameter space is determined. All controlled parameters of technological control object related to data flows passing through functional elements of data collection and processing subsystem hierarchy levels are validated. Fault localization points are identified on the basis of validity of all controlled parameters, additional dynamic diagnosis models are generated on a real-time basis, those are determined by polynom.
